Olawale Olawuyi James oversees the daily operational activities of the company which is geared towards achieving a seamless investment journey for its clients.
He has built a career over the last 10 years in the Banking and Non Banking Financial Institutions which has been tailored towards delivering satisfactory and excellent services. Prior to joining STL, he was the Head of Mutual Funds, Fund Administration, and Investment Operations at FBNQuest Asset Management Ltd where he championed various initiatives ranging from process flow automation, system implementation, team stabilization, operational strategies to mention but few. He has championed various system implementations for Asset Management businesses by leveraging on technology for operational efficiencies. Previously, he worked at Asset and Resource Management Holding Company (ARM Holdco) where he led the Settlement Investment team and was a member of Fund Management unit in the Treasury department.

Olawale has professional certification in Global Investment Performance Standard (GIPs),Payment and Settlement Reconciliation by NIBSS, Finance and Accounting Professionals (FAP). He is a distinction graduate in Computer Science and Hearing Impairment at FCE (Special) Oyo and a Double Hons graduate in Biological Sciences/Special Education and Rehabilitation at University of Jos.
