STL Dollar Fund
STL Dollar Fund (STL DF) is a Collective Investment Scheme that seeks to provide investors with an investment outlet to diversify their wealth in US Dollar (USD) denominated instruments without compromising the safety of capital.
The STL DF’s investment objective is to provide competitive USD returns and capital preservation within a medium to long–term investment horizon while maintaining high liquidity.
STL DF creates and offers units to prospective investors. Also, STL DF is open-ended as it allows investors to buy and sell these units continuously from the Fund Manager, STL Asset Management Limited.
STL DF is authorized and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

DISTRIBUTIONS | STL DF will distribute the income that has accrued on investment capital annually. Investors have the option of either receiving their Accrued Interest via electronic transfer or reinvesting same to purchase additional units. |
METHOD OF EXIT | Investors shall have the right to sell all or part of the Units to the Fund Manager at the prevailing Bid Price. The minimum permissible holding after partial sale is 50 Units. Zero charges on Sale. |
MINIMUM INVESTMENT PERIOD | The minimum investment period for the STL DF is 180 days. The sale of Units within the minimum investment period would attract a penalty of 20% charge on the return earned. The minimum investment period commences from the day of the purchase of Units. |
